As every MFUERZA piece is custom-made and tailored specifically to each client’s measurements and requirements, all sales are final. Therefore, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, accompanied by clear photographs of the issue. Our team will promptly review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our quality standards.
